Discounted Labor Pricing for TotalSupport or BasicSupport clients (for items not already included in agreement):

Cabling Only $150 $95 1 hour
Partner, Panasonic, Legacy (Avaya) $150 See Note 3 1 hour
IP Office, Hosted VoIP, Nortel, Aura/CM/Definity $160 See Note 3 1 hour
Remote Support All Systems $160 None 30 minutes

1) After-Hours Rate: Normal Rate x 1.5. Emergency Rates: Normal Rate x 1.5. Emergency After-Hours Rate: Normal Rate x 2.
2) Trip Fee applies to customers within 45 miles of our office. Additional distance at $2 per mile.
3) Trip Fee waived for TotalSupport customers. For BasicSupport customers the Trip Fee is not waived for move, add, or change programming.
